This is one of the higher quality confidence level marks. This monument is located along the side of a busy(ish) road, so make sure to remember to wear your PPE. Park in either the Holy Apostles Church (parking lot) or the Evergreen Orchard Farm (driveway), then walk along the south side of the road until you see the witness post. The benchmark is slightly below grade.
